DK: A good win, and performance on the road, it must feel good despite the freeze?
SC: A good win against a decent team, those are the results we need to continue to get to have a successful season.
DK:Do you think your goal arrived at the perfect time?
SC: Just before half time always helps to get a goal and level things up, I felt they were decent in the first half and we were just trying to figure them out really, so to get back into the game before they got the chance to regroup and rest was important.
DK: Talk us through your goal, you must be pleased with that strike?
SC: Jakey played a good ball into Tev who just flicked it round the corner to me, and then I’ve managed to finish it off but it was a great team move.
DK: Your confidence must be at an all time high at the minute, has your recent form changed the way you approach games?
SC: When it comes to confidence I try stay level headed, not too down when things aren’t going well and not too high when things are happening for me, I just try and stay somewhere in the middle and get on with things.
DK: How important is it for you to keep scoring with competition for the starting spot?
SC: Scoring is massive to trying to maintain that starting spot, it gives the gaffers a headache I’m sure because we’ve got such class throughout the team, Jamie and Pagey and Ollie on the bench, all forward options to come and replace me so yeah it keeps the standards high.
DK: Another big game Tuesday, what would you ideally want to get out of the game both personally and as a team?
SC: Tuesday is important to do the same again, prepare correctly and do our best to get the job done.
